Screening

The well-defined MWSny screening/qualifying process consists of closely reviewing all applications as submitted for open positions at your Company. Our primary goal is to select only those individuals whose experience and potential meet all job requirements and are the best fit for your business.

This process is comprised of multiple layers. These include important steps such as:

• reviewing, sorting and tracking all applications
• phone screening
• interview scheduling
• personal, structured interviewing
• reference checking and follow-up
• academic credential verification
• background checking as necessary
• toxicology testing as required

In addition to reviewing each application for basic education and relevant work experience, our MWSny staff also screen for other desirable employment qualities including:
