The MWSny team has a strong breadth and depth of experience and know-how in all aspects of the staffing business.

• Mary Sprague, Director - Email

  Ms. Sprague has a Ph.D from New York University as well as extensive corporate and entrepreneurial experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining MWSny, Ms. Sprague owned a chain of retail men's stores in New York, was Director of Stores for Nordictrak, and President of Minneapolis-based Select Comfort Distribution Corporation. She has also operated a restaurant and ranch complex in Wyoming and directed Dining Services for Flik International in New York. Ms. Sprague has also been honored as "New York Entrepreneur of the Year".

• Elizabeth Viglione, Deputy Director - Email

  Ms. Viglione has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from New York University along with 30 years experience in the field of rehabilitation and substance abuse. Prior to MWSny, she was the Director of Vocational Services at Mount Sinai's Narcotics Rehabilitation Center. Ms. Viglione also has extensive experience working with the Criminal Justice System. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and has also worked as a Field Supervisor in the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services-funded graduate program at NYU. Ms. Viglione was also an Adjunct Professor at NYU for nine years where she taught counseling skills.

• Rhea Greenberg, Senior Employee Assistance Counselor - Email

  Ms. Greenberg has a Masters Degree in Psychology from the City University of New York as well as over 20 years experience in the field of counseling, rehabilitation and recovery. She is a published writer in the field of disability and challenges to employment and has presented at several professional conferences on enhanced recovery programming. Ms. Greenberg leads advocacy and training efforts for MWSny. Prior to joining MWSny, she developed and coordinated an innovative vocational program at the Narcotic Rehabilitation Center of Mount Sinai Hospital.

• James McCullough, Business Planning & Relationship Manager - Email

  Mr. McCullough has an MBA from Fordham University along with 30 years experience in business development, internal management consulting, market planning, human resource development, and quality assessment. Prior to joining MWSny, Mr. McCullough worked as a Senior Staff Consultant - Alliance Management in the International Group at Verizon Communications. He has also been Director of Market Analysis at Bellcore/Telcordia, Director of Market Management at NYNEX Corporation and Director of Quality Management at Bell Atlantic. Mr. McCullough has also taught as an Adjunct Instructor, Human Relations in Management, at Rutgers University.
